Therapist guiding an older man through a floor stretch
Who it suits

Made for real bodies, not perfect ones

People come to our classes for all sorts of reasons: a back that keeps seizing up, a new hip, a baby who is now six months old, or simply wanting to feel steady on the stairs again. Most have never done Pilates before.

Everyone starts with a one-to-one assessment with Gráinne or one of the other physios. We look at how you move, talk about what you'd like from the classes, and then recommend the right level and class.

  • 1:1 Pilates assessment: 45 minutes, €65
  • No charge if you've had a physio assessment with us in the last three months
  • Mats, reformers and small equipment all provided

Questions

Before your first class

I've never done Pilates. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Most people who join us are complete beginners, and the assessment makes sure you start in a class that suits you.

How is this different from a gym Pilates class?

Our classes are small, taught by chartered physiotherapists and planned around injuries and conditions. Your instructor knows your history and adapts exercises as you go.

Can I do Pilates if I'm in pain?

Often yes, with the right adjustments. If something flares up, tell your instructor and we'll change the exercises or suggest a physio appointment first.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes you can move in and a bottle of water. Classes are done in bare feet or grip socks, and we provide all the mats and equipment.
